Cultures Mushroom Farm

Cultures Mushroom Farm specializes in growing gourmet mushrooms that you might not be familiar with, like multi-coloured members of the Oyster family and the shaggy pearl globes called Lion’s Mane. We've also added functional mushrooms to our roster, like the mighty Reishi, and the all-powerful Turkey Tail. Our process starts with mycelium cultures selected from reputable Canadian growers. These cultures are added to clean Canadian hardwood. We grow with the seasons to give you something new to try, and Ready to try? Find us at the Meaford Farmers Market (Fridays 3:00-7:00 pm), Saturday mornings at the Downtown Collingwood Farmers Market (8:00-1:00 pm) and Wednesday mornings at the Port Elgin Farmers Market (9:00-2:00 pm)
